So I tried this and get the two entries in the parts catalog (the old one is #1135558-54-A). When I pull up the page for each part it does not indicate Original VIN part on either one. This is unlike the other parts in the catalog which do display the check mark with original VIN part.

If you are using the Tesla Mobile Connector then the car will limit the draw to 30 amps. If your plan is to alternately plug the dryer and charger into the same plug I'd be concerned over the wear over time on the receptacle.
